Monthly Support

Retained health & safety support on a fixed monthly fee

A named competent adviser, paperwork that stays current, inspections on a schedule and someone to call when something goes wrong — for a price you can budget.

Why businesses call us

What monthly support fixes

No competent adviser in the business

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations expect access to competent advice. Most small teams have no one in-house who can give it.

Paperwork goes out of date

Policies, risk assessments and training matrices are written once, then quietly age until a client audit or incident exposes them.

Nobody to call when it goes wrong

An accident, an HSE letter or a client complaint needs an answer the same day, not a proposal and a two-week lead time.

Costs are unpredictable

Ad-hoc consultancy is billed by the day, so budgeting for health & safety becomes guesswork.

Support levels

Pick the level of cover you need

Every level is priced on your headcount, sites and activities. Tell us about your business and we will confirm the monthly fee in writing.

What sits outside the retainer

Anything below is quoted and approved in writing before we start, so neither side is surprised by an invoice. Your proposal states the exact hourly and day rates that apply.

  • Hours beyond the monthly allocation, charged at the hourly rate stated in your proposal
  • Additional or unplanned site visits, and visits outside the agreed travel area
  • Revisions beyond the included rounds, or rewrites caused by a change of brief
  • Certification projects, bespoke training delivery and new site systems
  • Attendance at investigations, tribunals or enforcement meetings
  • Out-of-hours and weekend work
How it works

From first call to ongoing cover

01
Discovery call

A short call about your sites, headcount, activities and what has triggered the search for support.

02
Baseline review

We review what you already have — policy, assessments, training, incident history — and tell you plainly where the gaps are.

03
Fixed monthly proposal

A written scope and a fixed monthly fee, with anything outside it priced separately before it starts.

04
Ongoing support

Your named adviser works to an agreed calendar of reviews, inspections and reporting, and is available in between.
