Who we help

Ongoing H&S support and tender-ready evidence for contractors

Retained competent advice, site-ready documentation and the pre-qualification evidence that wins work — so health & safety stops being the reason you miss a tender deadline.

The problems we solve

What usually gets in the way

PQQs and tenders stall

Client questionnaires, SSIP renewals and framework PQQs ask for policies, statistics and system evidence you do not have ready in one place.

RAMS written under pressure

Method statements are rewritten site by site, often the night before mobilisation, and get rejected by principal contractors.

No competent advice on call

CDM 2015 regulation 7 and the Management Regulations expect access to competent advice — not a folder that was last updated two years ago.

Inconsistent site standards

Inspections, inductions and near-miss reporting vary by supervisor, so client audits surface the same findings repeatedly.

Common questions

Questions we are asked most

Cyber security

Cyber security is delivered by SafetyX

Who delivers the work

Cyber security services — Cyber Essentials, penetration testing and ISO 27001 support — are delivered by SafetyX, our dedicated cyber security business, by its own qualified testers and consultants. SafetyGenius consultants do not carry out the technical testing.

How the relationship works

You can buy cyber security directly from SafetyX, or ask us to introduce you and coordinate alongside your health & safety work. Contracting, scoping and reporting for cyber work sit with SafetyX; your SafetyGenius agreement is unaffected.
