Safety Genius Ltd ("we", "us"), The Stable Yard, Vicarage Road, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes MK11 1BN, is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email info@safetygenius.com.

We collect what you give us directly: your name, job title, work contact details, company name and details, and the content of your enquiries, quote requests and support conversations. If you create an account we also hold your login email and account settings. If you chat with SG AI we log the timestamp, your account and the question you asked so we can improve answers and follow up. Where you buy services we record order, invoice and payment status; card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

We use your data to answer enquiries and prepare quotes, deliver the services you buy, manage your account and subscription, invoice you, send service updates and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing about relevant SafetyGenius services. We also use aggregated usage data to improve our website, documents and courses. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

We share data only with providers who help us run the business: our CRM (HubSpot) which stores contacts and deal records for enquiries and sales, our payment processor, our hosting and email providers, and our AI assistant provider for chat support. Cyber security services you buy through us are delivered by our sister brand SafetyX, so relevant enquiry details are shared with SafetyX to scope and deliver that work. We never sell your data.

Enquiry and quote data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact unless you become a customer. Customer records, invoices and delivery records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and contractual obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request after that. You can ask us to delete anything sooner where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have inaccuracies corrected, have your data deleted, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Email info@safetygenius.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in; see our GDPR page for details. We protect your data with access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access for our team, and we review those protections regularly.
